Section 165A(9)

For the purposes of the definition of “relevant investment fund”— arrangements may constitute an investment fund even if there is only one person participating in the arrangements; and the reference to financial instruments has the same meaning as in the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (see article 3(1) of that Order).
