Section 192R(4)

Condition B is that the structural organisation of the group of which the company is part does not obstruct or otherwise prevent the effective supervision of the subsidiary institutions and parent institutions as concerns the individual, consolidated and, where appropriate, sub-consolidated obligations to which they are subject.
