Section 215(3A)

In subsection (3) the reference to making an administration application includes a reference to— appointing an administrator under paragraph 14 or 22 of Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act or paragraph 15 or 23 of Schedule B1 to the 1989 Order, or filing with the court a copy of notice of intention to appoint an administrator under any of those paragraphs.
