Section 220(3)

This section applies to— the administrative receiver, administrator, liquidator , bank liquidator, building society liquidator or trustee in bankruptcy of an insolvent relevant person or insolvent relevant exchange; the trustee in the sequestration, under the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016, of the estate of an insolvent relevant person or insolvent relevant exchange.
