Section 232A(1)

If the scheme operator considers that it has information that, in its opinion, would or might be of assistance to the FCA in advancing one or more of the FCA's operational objectives , or the purpose for which the FCA must exercise its functions under Part 8B (see section 131U(1)),, it must disclose that information to the FCA.
