Section 246

If the manager or trustee of a unit trust scheme which complies with the conditions necessary for it to be a UK UCITS so requests, the FCA may issue a certificate to the effect that the scheme complies with those conditions. Such a certificate may be issued on the making of an authorisation order in respect of the scheme or at any subsequent time.
