Section 293(3)

An obligation imposed by the rules extends only to a notice or information which the appropriate regulator may reasonably require for the exercise of its functions under this Act or for the purposes of Directive 2016/1148/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2016 concerning measures for a high common level of security network and information systems across the Union as that directive had effect immediately before IP completion day.
