Section 293A(1)

The appropriate regulator may require a recognised body to give the appropriate regulator such information as the appropriate regulator reasonably requires in order to satisfy itself that the body is complying with any qualifying provision that is specified, or of a description specified, for the purposes of this section by the Treasury by order.
