Section 300H(1)

The FCA may make such rules applying to recognised UK investment exchanges or data reporting service providers— as appear to the FCA to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of advancing one or more of its operational objectives. with respect to the carrying on by them of relevant activities, or with respect to the carrying on by them of an activity which is not a relevant activity,
