CL has close links with the authorised person or recognised investment exchange concerned (“A”) if CL is— a parent undertaking of A; a subsidiary undertaking of A; a parent undertaking of a subsidiary undertaking of A; or a subsidiary undertaking of a parent undertaking of A.
