Section 377E

On an application for a write-down order, the court may— if, on hearing the application, it is satisfied of the matters in section 377A(2), make a write-down order in the terms sought, or in such other terms as the court thinks appropriate; dismiss the application; adjourn the hearing conditionally or unconditionally; make any other order which the court thinks appropriate.
