Section 3L(8)

Where the PRA decides that compliance with subsection (4) would be against the public interest, it must from time to time review that decision and if it subsequently decides that compliance is no longer against the public interest it must— comply with that subsection, and in the case of a direction under section 3I, notify the Treasury for the purposes of subsection (6).
