Section 404D(12)

In the case of any proceedings under this section, the judge presiding at the proceedings must be— a judge of the High Court or the Court of Appeal or a judge of the Court of Session; or such other person as may be agreed from time to time by— the Lord Chief Justice, the Lord President or the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland (as the case may be); and the Senior President of Tribunals.
