Section 421ZA

In this Act “immediate group”, in relation to a person (“A”), means— A; a parent undertaking of A; a subsidiary undertaking of A; a subsidiary undertaking of a parent undertaking of A; a parent undertaking of a subsidiary undertaking of A.
