Section 55PB(6)

For the purposes of this section— “bank” has the meaning given in section 2 of the Banking Act 2009; “building society” has the meaning given in the Building Societies Act 1986; “investment firm” has the meaning given in Article 4(1)(2) of the capital requirements regulation; “the appropriate regulator” means the regulator who imposed the general meeting requirement.
