Section 55Z

If a regulator proposes to cancel an authorised person's Part 4A permission or permission under section 55NA otherwise than at the person's request, it must give the person a warning notice. If a regulator decides to cancel an authorised person's Part 4A permission or permission under section 55NA otherwise than at the person's request, it must give the person a decision notice.
