If securities have been suspended by the Bank of England under section 19, 39B or 48L of the Banking Act 2009 or paragraph 44 or 65 of Schedule 11 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023, the FCA may, following consultation with the Bank of England, cancel the suspension.
