Section 89W(1A)

The mechanism must comply with minimum quality standards of security, certainty as to the information source, time recording and easy access by end users (see provision made under regulation 71 of the Official Listing of Securities, Prospectus and Transparency (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 for the purpose specified in paragraph 19(b) of Schedule 2 to those Regulations).
