Schedule 11, paragraph 11

In section 18 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (enforcement of United Kingdom judgments in other parts of the United Kingdom) in subsection (3) (exceptions) insert after paragraph (c)— an order made under Part 2, 3 or 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (confiscation).
