In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (offences excluded from early release provisions) after the entry relating to the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 insert— Section 327 (concealing criminal property etc). Section 328 (arrangements relating to criminal property). Section 329 (acquisition, use and possession of criminal property).
