Schedule 11, paragraph 17(6)

In section 152(4) (remands of suspected drugs offenders to customs detention) for the words after “means” substitute any offence which is specified in— paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (drug trafficking offences), or so far as it relates to that paragraph, paragraph 10 of that Schedule.
