Schedule 11, paragraph 20(2)

In Article 255 (effect of discharge) after paragraph (4) insert— In paragraph (4) the reference to a fine includes a reference to a confiscation order under Part 2, 3 or 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
