Schedule 11, paragraph 21

In section 13(6) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (information not to be disclosed except for certain purposes)— omit “the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 or the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987”; at the end insert “or of proceedings under Part 2, 3 or 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002”.
