Schedule 11, paragraph 3(3)

In section 38A(1) (meaning of “relevant service”) after paragraph (a) insert— temporary service with the Scottish Ministers in connection with their functions under Part 5 or 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, on which a person is engaged with the consent of the appropriate authority;
