Schedule 11, paragraph 5

Section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (forfeiture) is amended as follows. In subsection (1) for “a drug trafficking offence, as defined in section 1(3) of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994” substitute “ an offence falling within subsection (3) below ”. After subsection (2) insert— An offence falls within this subsection if it is an offence which is specified in— paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (drug trafficking offences), or so far as it relates to that paragraph, paragraph 10 of that Schedule.
