Schedule 11, paragraph 9

The Criminal Appeal (Northern Ireland) Act 1980 is amended as follows. In section 30(3) (meaning of sentence) omit “and” after paragraph (b) and after paragraph (c) insert— a confiscation order under Part 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002; an order which varies a confiscation order made under Part 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 if the varying order is made under section 171, 172 or 179 of that Act (but not otherwise). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
