An offence under any of the following provisions of the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 (c. 45)— section 14 (making counterfeit notes or coins); section 15 (passing etc counterfeit notes or coins); section 16 (having counterfeit notes or coins); section 17 (making or possessing materials or equipment for counterfeiting).
