Schedule 2, paragraph 7(1)

An offence under any of the following provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (c. 48)— section 107(1) (making or dealing in an article which infringes copyright); section 107(2) (making or possessing an article designed or adapted for making a copy of a copyright work); section 198(1) (making or dealing in an illicit recording); section 297A (making or dealing in unauthorised decoders).
