Schedule 3, paragraph 8(1)

If the accountant of court reports to the court that an administrator has failed to perform any duty imposed on him, the court may, after giving the administrator an opportunity to be heard as regards the matter— remove him from office, censure him, or make such other order as it thinks fit.
