Schedule 4, paragraph 4

An offence under section 25 or 25A of the Immigration Act 1971 (assisting unlawful immigration etc.). An offence under section 4 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 (trafficking people for exploitation). An offence of human trafficking (see section 1 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015). An offence to which section 5 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015 (offences aggravated by connection with human trafficking activity) applies.
