Schedule 5, paragraph 10

An offence of attempting, conspiring or inciting the commission of an offence specified in this Schedule. An offence under section 44 of the Serious Crime Act 2007 of doing an act capable of encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence specified in this Schedule. An offence of aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of such an offence.
