Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 2(4)

A business is not in the regulated sector if it is carried on by— the Auditor General for Scotland; the Auditor General for Wales; the Bank of England (acting otherwise than in its capacity as the Prudential Regulation Authority); the Comptroller and Auditor General; the Comptroller and Auditor General for Northern Ireland; the Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court, when acting as trustee in his official capacity; or the Treasury Solicitor.
