Section 110

This section applies if— the court proceeds under section 92 in pursuance of section 104 or 105, or the prosecutor applies under section 106. In such a case— the prosecutor must give the court a statement of information within such period as the court may specify; section 101 applies accordingly (with appropriate modifications where the prosecutor applies under section 106); sections 102 and 103 apply accordingly.
