Section 127R

The Lord Advocate may issue guidance in connection with— the carrying out by appropriate officers of the functions conferred by sections 127C to 127H, the carrying out by senior officers of their functions under section 127G, and the detention of property under or by virtue of sections 120A, 122A and 127J to 127P. The Lord Advocate must publish any guidance issued under this section.
