Section 155

Provision may be made by act of sederunt as to— giving notice or serving any document for the purposes of this Part; the accountant of court’s functions under Schedule 3; the accounts to be kept by the administrator in relation to the exercise of his functions. Subsection (1) is without prejudice to section 32 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971 (c. 58) or section 5 of the Court of Session Act 1988 (c. 36).
