Section 163(5)

Subsection (6) applies if— a court makes a confiscation order and one or both of an order for the payment of compensation under Article 14 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/2795 (N.I. 15) and a slavery and trafficking reparation order under Schedule 2 to the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Criminal Justice and Support for Victims) Act (Northern Ireland) 2015, ) against the same person in the same proceedings, and the court believes he will not have sufficient means to satisfy all the orders in full.
