Section 164(12)

But subsection (11) does not apply if before it made the confiscation order the court— imposed a fine on the defendant; made an order falling within section 163(3); made an order under Article 14 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/2795 (N.I. 15)) (compensation orders).
