If an order has been made against the defendant in respect of the offence (or any of the offences) concerned under Article 14 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/2795 (N.I. 15)) (compensation orders)— the court must have regard to it, and section 163(5) and (6) above do not apply so far as they relate to such orders .
