Section 199(2)

The court may by order confer on the receiver the following powers in relation to the realisable property— power to take possession of the property; power to manage or otherwise deal with the property; power to realise the property, in such manner as the court may specify; power to start, carry on or defend any legal proceedings in respect of the property. so far as the property consists of cryptoassets, power to destroy the property.
