Section 215C
If a magistrates' court decides not to make an order under section 215ZA(3), 215A(3) or 215AA(2), an appropriate officer may appeal to a county court. If a magistrates' court makes an order under section 215ZA(3), 215A(3) or 215AA(2), a person affected by the order may appeal to a county court. But the person mentioned in section 215ZA(2)(a), 215A(2)(a) or 215AA(2)(a) (as applicable) may not appeal. An appropriate officer may appeal to a county court against— a determination made by a magistrates' court under section 215B; a decision by a magistrates' court not to make a determination under that section. In this section “appropriate officer” has the same meaning as in section 190A.
