An application under section 169, 170, 177 or 178 is concluded— in a case where the court decides not to make a confiscation order against the defendant, when it makes the decision; in a case where a confiscation order is made against him as a result of the application, when the order is satisfied or discharged, or when the order is quashed and there is no further possibility of an appeal against the decision to quash the order; in a case where the application is withdrawn, when the person who made the application notifies the withdrawal to the court to which the application was made.
