Section 282E(2)

The evidence must not be used for any purpose other than— for the purposes of carrying out the functions of the interim receiver or interim administrator, or for the purposes of proceedings under this Chapter of this Part in respect of property described in subsection (3) or any proceedings arising out of such proceedings.
