Section 311(3)

This subsection applies to recoverable property, or property associated with it, if— it is an asset of a company being wound up in pursuance of a resolution for voluntary winding up, it is an asset of a company and a voluntary arrangement under Part 1 of the 1986 Act, or Part 2 of the 1989 Order, has effect in relation to the company, an order under section 286 of the 1986 Act, Article 259 of the 1989 Order or section 54 of the 2016 Act (appointment of interim trustee or interim receiver) has effect in relation to the property, it is an asset comprised in the estate of an individual who has been made bankrupt or, in relation to Scotland, of a person whose estate has been sequestrated, it is an asset of an individual and a voluntary arrangement under Part 8 of the 1986 Act, or Part 8 of the 1989 Order, has effect in relation to him, or in relation to Scotland, it is property comprised in the estate of a person who has granted a trust deed within the meaning of the 2016 Act.
