The general Revenue functions are such of the functions vested in the Board or in an officer of the Board as relate to any of the following matters— income tax; capital gains tax; corporation tax; national insurance contributions; statutory sick pay; statutory maternity pay; ... statutory paternity pay; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . statutory adoption pay; statutory shared parental pay; statutory parental bereavement pay; statutory neonatal care pay; student loans.
