Section 339ZC(3)

A required notification must be made— in the case of a disclosure request made by an NCA authorised officer, by the person who is to disclose information under section 339ZB(1) as a result of the request; in the case of a disclosure request made by a person mentioned in section 339ZB(3)(b), by the person who made the request.
