Section 339ZF(5)

In this section— “relevant disclosure” means any disclosure made in compliance, or intended compliance, with section 339ZB; “UK law enforcement agency” means— the National Crime Agency; a police force in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales; any other person operating in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales charged with the duty of preventing, detecting, investigating or prosecuting offences.
