Section 339ZG(5)

“Relevant undertaking” means any of the following— a credit institution; a financial institution; a professional legal adviser; a relevant professional adviser; other persons (not within paragraphs (a) to (d)) whose business consists of activities listed in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 9.
