An application for an unexplained wealth order may be made without notice. Rules of court may make provision as to the practice and procedure to be followed in connection with proceedings relating to unexplained wealth orders before the High Court in Northern Ireland. An application to the High Court in Northern Ireland to discharge or vary an unexplained wealth order may be made by— the enforcement authority, or the respondent or any specified responsible officer. The High Court in Northern Ireland— may discharge the order; may vary the order.
