Section 377(1)

The Secretary of State must prepare a code of practice as to the exercise by all of the following of functions they have under this Chapter— the Director General of the National Crime Agency; other National Crime Agency officers; in relation to England and Wales, accredited financial investigators; in relation to England and Wales, constables; officers of Revenue and Customs; immigration officers. Financial Conduct Authority officers.
