Section 396DB(7)

The “5 day period” is the period of 5 working days beginning with the day on which the Court refuses to grant the application; and for these purposes “working day” means a day other than— a Saturday or a Sunday, or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in Scotland.
